# MLS Grid Record Status Tool

## How to use the Record Status (Beta) Tool on MLS Grid

The guide is demonstrated in the Movie below. For convenience a step-by-step guide is provided below the Movie.

1\. Log in to your existing MLS Grid account at [https://app.mlsgrid.com/login](https://app.mlsgrid.com/log)

2\. Click "Record Status (Beta)"

3\. Click the "Search by Record ID" field.

4\. Input the Listing ID (MLS Number) of the record you wish to review.\
\
You can also change from "Auto Detect" in the drop down menu to search specifically by Office record, Member record, and OpenHouse record.

5\. Click the "Find" button.

6\. The Record Status Tool will query the data feed from your MLS to MLS Grid, the MLS Grid database, and the MLS Grid API for the associated records.\

The MLS Raw Record is the result from your MLS feed to MLS Grid.\
\
The Grid Raw Record is the last saved record in the MLS Grid database for the record.\
\
The Converted Record results are what the record looks like after RESO conversion in the MLS Grid API.\
\
You can scroll through the results to search for a particular field or interest or value of interest.

7\. Click "Office" tab to review the Listing Office record associated with the Property.

8\. Click "OpenHouse" tab to review any upcoming Open House records associated with the Property.

9\. Click "Member" tab to review the Listing Agent record associated with the Property

10\. Click "Media" tab to review media records and images associated with the Property.

11\. On any tab you can click "View Removal Criteria" to see any submitted removal criteria from your MLS for IDX, VOW, Back Office (BO), and PDAP (PT) data subscriptions through MLS Grid.

12\. Criteria that would remove the record from a data subscription type will be highlighted in Red, other non-removing criteria will be highlighted in Green.\

Click the "Close" button to return the record display.
